Super easy to set up appointments. I like that it notifies me AND the person I am meeting with. I also like how clean the UI looks, and it shows a photo of myself. Other appointment schedulers are bland.

Store Vantage

Great Product but no technical support. You cant get through to them via email, via phone, or via facebook. Managed to get a short abrupt answer via chat which didnt answer the question. I can only assume they are on holidays but other reviews indicate there is no support as well. I quote "Easy to use, but tech support appears to be on vacation!"

We have had Envoy for about 6 months and we get lots of compliments about having this easy to use technology for our customers. Our users are able to pre-register their guests and it saves time from the security guard having to track them down when a guest arrives. Great product.

I have called the support number at 866-606-6256 numerous times and have emailed to get additional users added to my account and NO ONE ANSWERs or calls us back. One of the best booking apps that tailors to multiple locations. Took me a while this software which is exactly what I was looking for. Timezone feature is the most important one for me because I have clients in different time zones and booksteam automatically caters to that. This is a huge time saver for me, very cool.

Sell it as transaction management but if you cant get buyers agents to use the link then it is useless. Wasted my time calling and going back and forth. They just want to try and force you to get other agents to sign up by doing this instead of servicing you, the one paying. Bad business plan, going elsewhere.

Having Demoed over 6 CMMS programs, I find UpKeep to be the easiest to use and the best supported. I highly recommend it! Feature set is wonderful. I like the public portal, the EASE of use, and the APPS available. Cost is always a concern, but this product is on par with other products.
